01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using fleeep.fun ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and fleeep.fun.

02Eligibility

To use fleeep.fun, you must:

• Be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (typically 18 or 21 years old)
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be self-excluded from gambling services
• Use an EVM wallet: your own (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, etc.) or the embedded wallet created when you sign in with email or a social account

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.

03Nature of the Service

fleeep.fun is a coinflip game on Robinhood Chain. You bet ETH against a house bankroll held by a smart contract. If you call the flip correctly, the contract pays you the displayed multiple of your bet; otherwise your bet stays in the bankroll. Bets, results and payouts are executed by the smart contract.

04Provably Fair Gaming

Before each bet, the Platform commits to a secret server seed by signing its hash. You add your own seed when you place the bet. The result is derived from both seeds and the bet id, and the server seed is published on-chain when the bet is settled, so every result can be independently verified on Robinhood Chain. If the Platform fails to reveal the result within 1 hour, anyone can settle the bet on-chain and you are paid as a winner.

05Fees

The house keeps an edge on each bet: a winning bet pays slightly less than 2x the amount wagered. The exact payout is set in the smart contract and shown before you confirm a bet; changes only apply to bets placed afterwards. Standard network transaction fees (gas) apply to all blockchain transactions.

06Wallet and Funds

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All transactions made from your connected wallet
• Ensuring sufficient ETH balance for transactions and fees
• Verifying transaction details before confirming

We never have access to your private keys. Lost funds due to user error, wallet compromise, or incorrect transactions cannot be recovered.

07Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform if gambling is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Use the Platform if you are underage
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the Platform or smart contracts
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain unfair advantages
• Engage in money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Collude with other users to defraud the Platform or other users
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

08Risks and Disclaimers

By using fleeep.fun, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Gambling Risk: You may lose all funds wagered. Only bet what you can afford to lose.
• Volatility Risk: The value of ETH and cryptocurrency can fluctuate significantly.
• Smart Contract Risk: Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Network Risk: Network congestion or outages may affect transactions.
• Regulatory Risk: Laws regarding cryptocurrency gambling may change.

09Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLEEEP.FUN AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

10Responsible Gambling

We encourage responsible gambling. Please:

• Set personal limits on time and money spent
• Never chase losses
• Do not gamble when under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Do not gamble as a way to solve financial problems
• Take breaks and maintain a healthy balance
• Seek help if gambling becomes a problem

11Intellectual Property

All content on fleeep.fun, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of fleeep.fun or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

12Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

13Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Platform at any time by disconnecting your wallet. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.
